What makes your store different than some of the others on the internet?
You are working with a real manufacturer. You are not dealing with a person running a “virtual store” out of their basement or someone who is simply fulfilling orders for another company (and marking the product up). We are Dun & Bradstreet listed and are local celebrities in the Philadelphia business community. We are also well respected by literally hundreds of thousands of customers from coast to coast.a US manufacturer and a US company, we want to support our troops wherever they are stationed.
How do you ship your products?
We primarily ship via Fedex and Fedex Ground. We also use UPS Ground and UPS Air. If you choose next day service, we may use Fedex Next day or UPS next day. we will use the particular shipper that services your area the best and gets the product to you the fastest. You are paying for / choosing the speed of shipping, not the specific shipping company. You have a wide range of options available to you when you check-out.a US manufacturer and a US company, we want to support our troops wherever they are stationed. We will manually process an APO / military box order if you first contact us via the e-mail link at the bottom of every page.
How do I understand your quality level?
We have been in business for a very long time. We did not start making Santa suits and costumes yesterday. We produce costumes for film, stage and TV. We only started selling our top quality suits over the internet in 1997. Previously we had been making Santa suits for department stores like Gimbels, Sears, and for malls all across the USA. Our suits have even been seen at the White House. We have a great reputation for making top quality costumes.We will NOT ship to any countries other than the USA. Problems with International orders in the past caused us to discontinue this service.
Do you accept exchanges if the suit does not fit me?
Yes we accept exchanges for sizing issues. However we reiterate that you should measure yourself properly so that you don’t have to pay a $20 exchange fee. You need to call us within 48 hours of receipt. We want you to be happy and have a suit that you are proud of and love to wear. However, we don’t feel it’s fair for us to bear the burden of your forgetting to check your size. We really are serious..

Is Fat Necessary? is like asking “Is Crime Necessary?” or “Is it Necessary to be Fat?” The implication alone is bad, like asking “How Often Do You Beat Your Wife?” Of course, the answer to all of these questions is “no.” I weight 240lbs and would like to weight at least 200lbs by may or early june.
